God has cho¤sen me in Je¤sus;
There¤fore I am not a¤fraid,
Cho¤sen ere the world’s foun¤da¤tion
By His might¤y hand was laid.

Chorus:
How ex¤ceed¤ing great His mer¤cy.
High¤er than the heav’ns a¤bove.
God has cho¤sen me for¤ev¤er,
Ho¤ly, blame¤less, in His love.

God has cho¤sen me in Je¤sus,
He has sealed me as His own,
To the prais¤es of His glo¤ry
I am found in Him a¤lone.

God has cho¤sen me in Je¤sus,
Noth¤ing now the Truth can dim,
In His well Be¤lov’d ac¤cept¤ed,
God has cho¤sen me in Him.

God has cho¤sen me in Je¤sus,
His own Word im¤mu¤ta¤ble,
To con¤form me to His im¤age,
He most sure¤ly will ful¤fill.

God has cho¤sen me in Je¤sus,
He has willed that I should be
Found in Him in peace and blame¤less,
Nought can al¤ter God’s de¤cree.
