God hath be¤fore me ¤set an o¤pen door,
Where I may en¤ter ¤in, my heart out¤pour,
In Je¤sus name, be¤¤fore ¤His ¤face,
Who sits up¤¤on ¤the ¤throne of grace.

In the most ho¤ly ¤place, be¤fore the throne,
Through Je¤sus blood I ¤meet with God a¤lone,
Since God in Christ is ¤rec¤¤on¤¤ciled,
O glo¤rious ¤truth, ¤I ¤am His child.

With con¤fi¤dence I ¤come, and there ob¤tain
Rich mer¤cy from His ¤hand, how great my gain,
Suf¤fi¤cient grace in ¤time ¤of ¤need,
He gives to ¤all ¤His ¤cho¤sen seed.

A Fa¤ther’s heart and ¤home through grace are mine,
I hear Him say all I have, in Christ are thine,
O bless¤ed hope, I ¤shall ¤pre¤¤vail,
My Sav¤iour ¤pleads ¤with¤¤in the veil.

God, who be¤gan the ¤work, will sure main¤tain
His work, I know I ¤shall His im¤age gain,
Though most un¤wor¤thy ¤I ¤may ¤be,
He will com¤¤plete ¤His ¤work in me.

Al¤though with weep¤ing ¤sore mine eyes are dim,
Un¤wor¤thy, vile, un¤¤clean, I come to Him,
His cleans¤ing blood has ¤reached ¤my ¤heart,
His love is ¤fill¤¤ing ¤eve¤ry part.

How shall I praise the ¤name of Him who died?
In Je¤sus I am ¤saved, and sanc¤ti¤fied,
Made meet to join with ¤saints ¤a¤¤bove,
And serve Him ¤per¤¤fect¤¤ed in love.
