I sink be¤neath the hand of God,

Self seek¤ing, self¤ish¤ness and sin

Self love, that se¤cret sub¤tle foe,
Shall have no place with¤in my soul.
God’s hum¤ble, meek and low¤ly One,
The Son of Man shall have con¤trol.

I sink, and sink¤ing un¤to God,
My soul is safe and sanc¤ti¤fied.
Set as a seal up¤on His heart,
I am much more than sat¤is¤fied.

My soul with sat¤is¤fac¤tion sees
The source and sum of sov¤’reign bliss,
And sigh¤ing, seeks for so¤lace there,
Since nought can sat¤is¤fy but this.

In God I live, in God I move,
My be¤ing bows be¤fore His face,
In spir¤it soars to scenes a¤bove,
To praise the glo¤ries of His grace.

Love binds me to the Liv¤ing God,
Un¤dy¤ing love shall not de¤cline;
The love where¤with He loved His Son

That love which loved me un¤to death,
