If you trust in Me be not a¤fraid.

In this world ye shall have trib¤u¤la¤tion,
Tri¤als and temp¤ta¤tions will a¤¤¤rise,
Friends you trust may fail and turn a¤gainst you,
And the low¤ly way of life de¤spise.

In this world ye shall have trib¤u¤la¤tion,
All His cho¤sen ones shall bear the ¤¤same,
When the pre¤cious from the vile is tak¤en,
They shall stand be¤fore Him with¤out blame.

In this world ye shall have trib¤u¤la¤tion,
’Tis the will of God it should be ¤¤so,
Whom the Fa¤ther lov¤eth He will chast¤en,
On¤ly such His smile and fa¤vour know.

In this world ye shall have trib¤u¤la¤tion,
Serv¤ants are not great¤er than their ¤¤Lord,
Though we feel the chast¤’ning hand is griev¤ous,
Fruits of right¤eous¤ness it will af¤ford.
