His ut¤most sal¤va¤tion had been their own choice,
The Lamb of ¤God now is their theme and their song,
As in His sal¤va¤tion so great they re¤joice.

In un¤de¤¤filed beau¤ty they still fol¤low on,
Wher¤ev¤er the Lamb, their Lord, will¤eth to go,
In har¤mo¤¤ny per¤fect, o¤bey¤ing His will,
In Heav¤en His voice and none oth¤er they know.

His name and ¤His na¤ture they bore here with grace,
As vir¤gins in pure¤ness did pa¤tient¤ly wait,
Now hear¤ing ¤His voice they His wor¤thy praise sing,
Whose love and whose gen¤tle¤ness made them so great.

In peer¤less ¤a¤dorn¤ment these vir¤gin souls see,
With God’s great name bear¤ing en¤graved on their brow,
His mind has ¤be¤come both their joy and their crown,
In love to His will, that is per¤fect they bow.

As seed did ¤they fall in the ground here to die,
In los¤ing their lives lost their i¤den¤ti¤ty,
But more than ¤a hun¤dred fold with Him they gained,
Thus Christ they re¤vealed in sub¤lime pu¤ri¤ty.
