Each of the MP3 collections contains the same recordings as one of the audio collections, but not all recordings are converted to MP3 format, mostly just the multi-CD collections.
The labels of most of the CDs are available here indexed by Item. How to print CD labels using IrfanView is described here.
One minute samples of a random track from each collection can be found in the Table of Contents for the collection.
The Tables of Contents (TOC) links contain the table of contents for each collection, as well as notes regarding the origin, format, quality and other information that is known about the collection. Some of these collections are of unknown origin, having been passed around before arriving here. If you can supply any additional information regarding any of these collections, please contact me via the Inquiries button at left.
The Tables of Contents (TOC) links give track lengths in CD format times: <mm:ss:ff> where mm is minutes, ss is seconds, and ff is frames. Each frame is 1/75 of a second, which is the audio data that can fit in one sector on the CD.
